Braemar Blasters Swim Team

The Braemar Blasters are excited to offer our Winter Swim Program — a weekly opportunity for swimmers to stay active, improve technique, and have fun in the off-season! This is a great way to stay connected with the team while building skills in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. Welcome to the Braemar Blasters registration for the 2026 - 2027 winter swim season! The process is simple for both new and returning members. For all returning members from the 2026 summer season, please login before registering to pre-populate the information and avoid the $3 fee (which you paid with your summer registration). For all new members, you will need to register before your account can be created. In addition, you will be charged a $3 fee, as required by the Swimtopia system in coordination with PWSL.

PLEASE REGISTER YOUR SWIMMER IN THE APPROPRIATE AGE GROUP. THE AGE GROUP IS DETERMINED BY YOUR SWIMMER'S AGE AS OF 10/01/26. Swimmers must be at least 4 years old in order to participate. Registration will be by session and swim group. Each age group has a pre-set capped amount. Due to session capacity, families may be reassigned to ensure groups stay together if space in a session fills up.

Program Details:

• When: Sundays (1-hour sessions)
• Season Dates: November 2026 - May 2027
• No Practices: Select weekends off for holidays (schedule will be provided at season start)
• Session times: New this year, there is only 1 session: 6 - 7 pm at Freedom Aquatic Center (9100 Freedom Center Boulevard, Manassas, VA)
  
  • Note, Microblasters is for swimmers ages 4 - 8 who need assistance in the water.  Blasters 9 & under is for those 4 - 9 years old who can swim 25 meters unassisted.  

Pricing: One set fee for the full season — $200. Note: Price is not prorated for missed sessions. We are committed to keeping the program affordable — the cost equates to roughly $10 per session!
