Due to the forecasted extreme heat, with the heat index expected to reach as high as 112°F, we will be canceling all practices scheduled after 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 2.

Practice Schedule for Thursday:

• 9–10 and older age groups: Morning practices will be held as scheduled. If anything changes in the morning, we will send an alert. 
• 8 & Under and Micros: Morning practices are canceled.
• All evening practices: Canceled.

As of right now, we do intend to hold blastermania on Friday, July 3. We may move the start time earlier to ensure we are done by 10 AM if needed. More information will be sent tomorrow.

The health and safety of our swimmers and coaches is always our top priority. After carefully monitoring the forecast, we believe this is the safest decision for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. Please stay cool, stay hydrated, and take extra precautions if you will be spending time outdoors.
