Hi Blasters Families,

As a reminder this Wednesday, June 24 will be our team photo day. We will be taking the photos indoors and there will be practice going on at the same time. We strongly encourage those swimmers 12 and younger (including Micros) to sign-up for a slot BEFORE your practices. The older kids (13 - 18) we recommend you sign-up for a slot AFTER your practice. Attached are some FAQs provided to us by the photographers.

Photo Day Details

Wednesday, June 24 7:00 – 10:00 AM Iona Sound Clubhouse

SIGN-UP IS REQUIRED (IMPORTANT)

To make this new system run smoothly, all families MUSTsign up for a time slot in advance.

• Time slots are in 30-minute windows
• You must arrive at the start of your selected time
• Within that window, photos will be taken first come, first served

Please sign up as soon as possible to secure a time that works for your family. Each swimmer requires their own time slot (e.g., 3 swimmers = 3 slots). This step is critical to making the day efficient and avoiding the long waits we’ve experienced in the past.

What to Know for Photo Day

• Swimmers should arrive in their team swimsuits
  • Micros should wear their team shirt
  • Swimmers may choose swimsuit or team shirt for their individual photo
  • Male swimmers may choose to wear a shirt or not
• Coaches (including swimmer coaches) should wear their coach shirts
• Swimmer coaches may take two photos (with and without their coach shirt). The photo with the coaches shirt will be used in the team photo.
• While shoes will not be visible, legs will be included in the final image
• Parents may accompany younger swimmers, but no photos may be taken by parents during the session
• Please bring a phone—you’ll scan a QR code to register for your photos
• All coaches must take a photo

Sibling Photos

• Sibling photos are available for up to 3 siblings
• If you have 4 or more swimmers, please email [email protected] to coordinate

Makeup Photo Session

A make up session is not permitted unless we have 25 or more missing swimmers. There is a $20 session fee and times are very limited, but they will be taken at the studio. Any swimmers photographed at the studio within two weeks of picture day will be included in the team photo.
