Hi Blasters Families,

We’re excited to share that we are trying something new for team photos this year—and we truly believe this will be a huge improvement over past years’ experience in the heat!

To avoid long lines, extreme heat, and rushed photos, every swimmer (Micros through 15–18) and coach will take an individual photo INDOORS, and the photographer will professionally merge them into a full team photo. Many of you may have seen this format used by middle and high school teams—it’s quick, efficient, and results in a much cleaner final product.

Even better, all photos will be taken inside, the process will move quickly, and you’ll receive a link within about two weeks to easily view and order your swimmer’s photos online.

SIGN-UP IS REQUIRED 

To make this new system run smoothly, all families MUST sign up for a time slot in advance.

• Time slots are in 30-minute windows
• You must arrive at the start of your selected time
• Within that window, photos will be taken first come, first served

Please sign up as soon as possible to secure a time that works for your family. Each swimmer requires their own time slot (e.g., 3 swimmers = 3 slots). This step is critical to making the day efficient and avoiding the long waits we’ve experienced in the past.

What to Know for Photo Day

• Swimmers should arrive in their team swimsuits
  • Micros should wear their team shirt
  • Swimmers may choose swimsuit or team shirt for their individual photo
  • Male swimmers may choose to wear a shirt or not
• Coaches (including swimmer coaches) should wear their coach shirts
• Swimmer coaches may take 2 photos (with and without their coach shirt)
• While shoes will not be visible, legs will be included in the final image
• Parents may accompany younger swimmers, but no photos may be taken by parents during the session
• Please bring a phone—you’ll scan a QR code to register for your photos
• All coaches must take a photo

• Sibling photos are available for up to 3 siblings
• If you have 4 or more swimmers, please email [email protected] to coordinate
