There are new pool passes this year for both Braemar residents and Non-Braemar residents.  As a reminder, all swimmers and families MUST have a valid pool pass prior to the start of the swim season.  

For Non-Braemar residents, please go to the HOA office during the office hours to obtain a pool pass, after you have received the welcome email from the Braemar Blasters Team Admin. All non-resident swimmers must come to the HOA office to have a new photo taken, as last year’s cards are no longer valid. Non-resident swimmers who are 13 and older will receive swimmer-only passes, while swimmers 12 and under will receive a swimmer pass along with one adult/chaperone pass. The HOA office registration hours are Mon-Thurs 12:30-4:30pm, Fridays 12:30-3:30pm. All non-resident swimmers must have a pass, or they will not be permitted entry to the pool for evening practices. The HOA office is located at 13922 Estate Manor Drive, Gainesville, VA 20155 (off of Rollins Ford Road).
