Hi! Practice is on today. With the very cold temperatures, please make sure swimmers have warm clothes to put on before leaving the pool. Please also use extra caution while driving and watch for possible black ice.

A reminder that we will have practice next Sunday as well (assuming weather cooperates). As always, there is no penalty for missing practice. We understand and want you to make the best decision for you and your family—safety is our number one priority.
