Out of an abundance of caution & for the safety of our swimmers, the Microblasters practice and stroke clinics are cancelled tonight.  Microblasters will have a double practice this Thursday, July 3 from 6 - 8 pm (don't worry we'll make it a lot of fun so 2 hours fly by).  Additionally, we will add another Microblasters practice on Monday, July 14th from 7 - 8 am at Iona Sound pool.  We understand this may not work for all, but we are trying our best to give the Micros makeup practices whenever possible. 

Stroke clinic on Thursday will be from 8 - 9 pm for ALL AGES.  

We are sorry for all the weather issues, clearly Mother Nature isn't on our side.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!
